WoofImage is an online tool that converts audio recordings of dog barks into spectral visualisation art prints. By using this service or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
WoofImage is operated by Broke Bass Ltd, trading as WoofImage.com, a company registered in England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. WoofImage does not store your card details.
An order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed. You will receive an email confirmation from Stripe. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.
All prints are produced and fulfilled by Prodigi, a third-party print-on-demand service. WoofImage acts as the seller; Prodigi acts as the manufacturer and shipper.
Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary. WoofImage is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or fulfilment partners.
Spectral images are generated algorithmically from your audio. Colours, line density, and composition will vary based on your recording. The preview shown in the app is representative but may differ slightly from the final printed product due to colour calibration differences between screens and print media.
We will offer a full refund or reprint in the following circumstances:
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at the address in section 11 within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order reference and photos of any damage.
The QR Dog Page add-on (£10) creates a permanent, publicly accessible web page at a unique URL (e.g. woofimage.com/dog/XXXXXXXX) containing your dog's spectral portrait, name, photo (if uploaded), and audio recording.
QR Dog Pages are publicly accessible — anyone with the URL or who scans the QR code can view the page. This is intentional, as the page is designed to be shared and scanned by anyone who sees your print. The URL is generated randomly and is not searchable or indexable by design, but it is not password protected.
Please do not upload content you do not wish to be publicly viewable. By purchasing the QR Dog Page add-on you acknowledge that the page and its contents will be accessible to any person who has the URL.
The following content is stored on our servers as part of the QR Dog Page:
This content is associated with a random page ID only — no personal customer data (name, address, email) is stored on or linked to the dog page itself.
Beyond the 24-month guarantee period, it is our intent to maintain QR Dog Pages indefinitely. We reserve the right to discontinue the service with reasonable notice, but commit to giving customers no less than 3 months' written notice (by email, if provided) before any dog pages are taken offline.
In the event that Broke Bass Ltd ceases trading, QR Dog Pages will be taken offline. Customers will retain their downloaded spectral image and any locally saved audio. We will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible.
If you wish to request removal of a dog page before the 24-month period, please contact us with the page URL. We will remove the page within 7 working days.
Audio processing for the spectral visualisation happens entirely in your browser. We do not receive, store, or process your original audio file on our servers unless you purchase the QR Dog Page add-on, in which case a short clip is stored as described above.
Voucher codes issued by WoofImage are subject to the following conditions:
Fraudulent use of voucher codes may result in cancellation of the order and further action.
The spectral image generated from your audio is yours. You own the output and may use it for personal or commercial purposes.
The WoofImage name, logo, software, and website design are the property of WoofImage and may not be reproduced without permission.
By uploading audio or images, you confirm you have the right to use that content and grant WoofImage a limited licence to process and store it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We will not use your images, spectral portraits, dog photos, audio, or any content associated with your order for marketing, publicity, social media, or promotional purposes without your prior written consent.
Following a completed order, you may optionally consent to allow WoofImage to use your spectral portrait, dog name, and photo for marketing purposes. In exchange, you will receive a £5 single-use voucher code valid for 12 months on any future order. This consent is entirely voluntary and does not affect your order or any other rights. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@woofimage.com, after which your content will be removed from any active marketing materials within a reasonable timeframe.
WoofImage is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is used.
We collect only the data necessary to process your order:
We do not sell, share, or pass your personal data to any third party except Prodigi (for fulfilment) and Stripe (for payment processing), both of whom have their own privacy policies.
We do not currently use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics services. This site does not track you. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice.

Audio processing for generating your spectral image is performed entirely within your browser. We never receive your raw audio unless you purchase the QR Dog Page add-on.
WoofImage's liability to you in connection with any order or use of this service shall not exceed the value of that order.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or disappointment with the aesthetic result of a spectral visualisation.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
